Cancellation and substitution policy

Registrations for the World Congress are subject to a €250 cancellation fee for cancellations made between February 9 and April 17, 2026.
No refunds or credits will be issued after April 17, 2026.
Substitutions are allowed at any time and are encouraged should a participant be unable to attend.

Group discounts for INMA corporate members

Discounted group registration rates are available for teams of 3 or more from organisations that are INMA Corporate Members. Not sure if your company qualifies? Click here to check your corporate membership status or join INMA now to take advantage of group rates.

What’s included in your conference / seminar registration

The full registration for the INMA Media Conference + Friday Seminars includes:

• Entry to the Welcome reception at Museum Colonnades

• Two full days of media conference programming at Axica

• Access to Friday’s deep-dive seminars at Hotel Adlon Kempinski

Also included:

• Lunches on Wednesday and Thursday

• Coffee breaks across all three days

• Cocktail reception on Wednesday evening

Please note: Study Tours on Monday and Tuesday require separate registration and are not included in the general conference package.

Study tour seating and sellout notice

Due to limited capacity, seats for the Berlin Study Tours (Monday, May 5 and Tuesday, May 6) are available only with confirmed registration and payment. These tours are expected to sell out and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly recommend booking early to secure your seat.
